Returns and Exchanges

After logging into your account, you can create a return request from the 'Manage Order' section. If you want to exchange a product, simply create your return request from the same section and add the exchange information to your invoice when sending the product you want to exchange.

2. Packaging

Please pack the products you want to return or exchange in their original packaging. The products must be unworn, the packaging and the product must be undamaged. Do not forget to specify the product code, name, reason for return and other requested information in the relevant section of your invoice.

Place your bill outside the box and securely fasten the box.

FK Lingerie cannot provide exchanges or refunds for items lost during shipping.

3. Courier Service

We will send you the return package you have prepared along with your invoice. to the nearest .... branch Send using the codes below:

4. Returns

The refund will be made to the same payment method as your order. Approved returns may take up to 7-15 business days to be refunded to your account, depending on bank procedures.

5. Change

Once your exchange request reaches us, it will be processed and shipped back to your registered address in the system within 3-5 business days.

Order cancellation:

You can request a cancellation for orders that are in the "Preparing" status by calling customer services. Cancellation is not possible for orders that have been delivered to cargo.
